The Video Art and Experimental Film Festival this year was filled with thought-provoking films, intriguing Q&A sessions, and so many talented artists.

The Opening Night Ceremony at the iconic Tribeca Film Center featured artists from all around the globe who were able to join together and share their art with fellow creatives. The screening and discussion sparked excitement for the days to come and the night ended with an artist after-party at Tribeca Grill. The ceremony was full of conversation, cocktails, and laughter that created a momentum that carried throughout the rest of the festival.

The next two days of the festival were held at The Producers Club Theatre in Hell’s Kitchen. The old-fashioned theater and its 70’s atmosphere perfectly complemented the boundary pushing nature of the films screened. Artist panels moderated by Mark Alpert featured passionate directors, actors and producers speaking about their work, the ideas that sparked their creation, and the process that took place to screen their films.
