Diva
Director: Jonathan Fine
Synopsis:The music video for “Diva” shows a day in the life of a quintessential diva (Ballroom legend Lolita Leopard), who with unapologetic glamour and confidence turns the bustling streets of NYC into her own personal runway before stunning the audience at a Ball. The video serves not only as a motivational reminder to unleash your inner diva, but also as an homage to Ballroom culture and the city that birthed it. From dynamic Union Square to culturally rich Sunset Park, quaint Red Hook, pulsating Downtown Brooklyn, and the artistic enclave of Bushwick, each iconic location becomes a backdrop to Lolita Leopard’s journey. With her climactic grand entrance into the ball, the line between fiction and reality gets blurred as the video seamlessly transitions from a humorously exaggerated citywide walk to a real Ballroom Walk with real competitive stakes.
