Running for its 10th year, the Video Art & Experimental Film Festival (VAEFF) showcases to New York City audiences every fall some of the most innovative, provocative, and exciting works of film and video from around the world. The festival embraces a boundary-pushing spectrum of work that includes animation, music video, fashion film, documentary, visual narrative, and more.

VAEFF 2020 will run from November 12-14. The first night will include screenings across several venues in NYC. The second night will feature an “Attending Artist Screening” at the Tribeca Film Center, where all artists and filmmakers will be invited to discuss their work and answer audience questions. The festival will conclude with a final celebratory night at the landmark DCTV firehouse building in Downtown Manhattan, where the year’s top works will be compiled into a special screening.
