Synopsis: “WAQF” is a moving portrait of the last elderly worshipper at a 1,000-year-old mosque in a remote mountain community.
Bio: Naif Shaqqaf is a filmmaker & respiratory therapist who has worked as a freelance editor and camera operator for well known local shows and directed his first short film, winning the best traditional and heritage short film award in a local competition then winning multiple international ones afterward.
