Artist: Rino Stefano Tagliafierro

Synopsis:
My Super8 is comprised entirely of an animated sequence of 300 of morphing photographs to create a surrealist video painting. Within a baroque interior, two sisters act out a series of choreographed movements that reveal moments of love, loathing, growth, aging, and death.

Bio:
Rino Stefano Tagliafierro is an experimental animator and director living and working in Milan, Italy. He studied at the ISIA in Urbino and at the European Institute of Design in Milan. His films have been exhibited at the Bug Festival at the NFT, London, the Kracow Film Festival, Sonar, Barcelona, the Festival del Cinema di Venezia, the Festival International du Film d’Animation d’Annecy, Annecy, and the BigScreenPlaza, New York.
